If you can read this then you have been granted permission to add and/or edit site content.
Edit Existing Content from the Front End Content items which are editable have a small icon (pencil and notepad) next to the title of the content item. Click on this icon to edit the item. User permissions vary and not all persons who have a username and password will be able to edit all content items. 'Managers' and 'Administrators' may edit all content. If you are a 'Manager' or 'Administrator' then you may also log into the Admin Panel where you can edit existing and add new content to any part of the site.To Edit Content from the Front End: 1) Visit the content item you want to edit. 2) Select the icon (pencil and notepad) next to the title of the item. 3) Edit content using the Editor Panel when it appears. 4) SAVE (disk icon) or CANCEL (X icon) any changes you have made.
Edit Content from the Back End (Admin Panel) when you want to: 1) edit a content item which is not listed in the Edit Content Menu; 2) edit category and section introductions; 3) edit content navigation (create, change or delete menu links); 4) edit or delete content sections and categories; 5) publish new content items which were created when you were logged into the Front End; 6) carry out any other Admin Task including creating/deleting users, changing site key words (for search engines), changing content item key words, and managing the images displayed in Image Rotator Modules and Image Galleries (see below). TopImage Rotator Modules Read this section if your site contains one or more Image Rotator Modules. How to Change Rotating Images The images contained in these rotating displays can be changed at any time by adding or deleting them from their respective image folder in the Media Manager. You access this be logging into the Admin Panel. The Rotator Modules can be duplicated as many times as you wish. The images displayed can also be resized. Visit the Wynchcote Client Portal and submit a Support Ticket if you need assistance. Location of Rotating Images Folders
All rotator images are contained in a self-titled folder within a specially created 'rotators' folder of the 'stories' folder in the Media Manager (see link in the menu at the top of the Admin Panel). Image Galleries Read this section if your site contains one or more Image Galleries. These are pages which can hold as many images as you like. Each image is presented as a 'thumbnail' which will enlarge when selected by the viewer.
